It was all lights, camera, action at Jim McKay Chevrolet in Fairfax, Va., for the “Chevy 100: An American Story” movie premiere. On Saturday Nov. 19, friends of the local Chevrolet dealership and the Northern Virginia Corvette Club came together to watch the moving documentary that “explored the 100-year history of Chevrolet and Chevy’s cultural and personal relevance for millions.”
Before the premiere, guests mixed and mingled with one another and enjoyed pizza, pasta, mozzarella sticks and more Italian cuisine on behalf of Chevy. During the movie, the Northern Virginia Corvette Club cheered when its vehicle of choice was featured and everyone gave a happy round of applause when the credits rolled. Before the night ended, Bud Carol, General Manager of Jim McKay Chevrolet, gave out Chevy shirts and hats to guests. The event proved to be an entertaining experience for all!
“Chevy 100” will be shown on the Velocity Channel tonight at 8 p.m. EST. Click here to pre-order your DVD today!
