Well as you already know, I’ve been privileged to be a part of the GM Influencers Program.  This affords me the opportunity to test drive their cars.  I’ve had the awesome pleasure of having a love affair with a Chevy Sonic, and an even more awesome pleasure of being Regal with a Buick.

Yep, I had a 2012 Buick Regal, and it was truly a Regal experience.  Now, I was going to do a college tour with my daughter, who is getting offers from several colleges to tour their campuses.  As life has it, things did not go according to plan, but we still had a regal experience.  Okay, so let me back up just a little bit.  This car was absolutely beautiful.  It was gold in color, and had all the awesome features you would expect from such a classy car.  It gave me the feel of a sports car, with the look of luxury.

So moving on, this car has a key-less ignition.  If it wasn’t for the alarm system, I would have honestly forgotten my keys.  The alarm beeps when you forget the keys inside the car.  I was so grateful for that feature.  And of course my Regal had the Sirius XM satellite radio.

So my daughter’s and I did a mini college tour to experience the luxurious ride this car had to offer.  We went as far Baltimore, Maryland to check out Loyola University at Maryland.  We also went to Montgomery College, Rockville, just to hit a community college in our mini college tour.  We rode to George Mason University, just to get an idea of a Virginia university.  Of course we ended our mini tour by doing some shopping at Potomac Mills, which is an outlet style mall in Virginia.

Loved it!!  My daughter wants to go to college at the Fashion Institute of Technology, which is located in New York, so hopefully we can do a college tour for that.  I will definitely keep you posted on that upcoming tour.

Anyway, my Regal was everything I had imagined and more.

Because of the style and size of this car, I would highly recommend this car for any family.

Well, that’s it for now.  Here is one last photo of my Regal as he leaves me behind!
