Always wondered what it would be like to be inside a wind tunnel? Or wonder what your drag coefficient might be? Well now’s your chance! The WIRED Store made its holiday season debut in Times Square this week - packed with guests, the coolest gadgets on the market today and yes, a Buick Human Wind Tunnel!
At the WIRED Store, holiday shoppers can experience 200 of the hottest new products, including the new 2012 Buick LaCrosse with eAssist, one of the most fuel-efficient luxury sedans on the road today, through innovative interactive displays. Popular Science magazine named eAssist a 2012 Best of What’s New technology.
The grand opening party for the WIRED Store was a star studded event, with appearances from Penn Badgley, Nikki Reed, Jessica Lowndes, Sebastian Stan, Steve Guttenberg and more, with a live DJ playing funky, fun music all night long.
Be sure to take your turn in the Buick Human Wind Tunnel before the holiday season is out. The WIRED Store is located at the corner of 42nd Street and Broadway and will be open noon to 7 p.m., Wednesdays through Sundays, from Nov. 18 through Dec. 24. The store will be closed Thanksgiving Day.
