Love food and cars? Well then, Cadillac has the event for you! On Saturday, May 21 and Sunday, May 22, Cadillac will host the Cadillac Culinary Challenge Test Drive in Philadelphia!
The Cadillac Culinary Challenge Test Drive is a wonderfully delicious day filled with a little healthy competition. Come watch as talented and renowned chefs David Burke and Walter Staib, face off in a food showdown. Taste the finest of cuisine and also compare the luxury and performance of Cadillac to its challengers, BMW, Lexus and Mercedes. It’s all here at the Cadillac Culinary Challenge Test Drive!
Test drives run the entire program time and culinary demonstrations take place at 11:30am, 2pm and 4pm.

WHERE: King of Prussia Mall (outside Lord & Taylor)
TEST DRIVES: 10:00am – 6:00pm
CULINARY DEMONSTRATIONS: 11:30am, 2pm and 4pm

David Burke
David Burke is one of the leading pioneers in American cooking today. His fascination with ingredients and the art of the meal has fueled a career marked by creativity, critical acclaim, and the introduction of revolutionary products and cooking techniques. Burke has many restaurants around New York City and across the country, including David Burke Townhouse, David Burke at Bloomingdale’s, Fishtail by David Burke, and his most recent, David Burke Kitchen.
Walter Staib
Walter Staib is founder and President of Concepts By Staib, Ltd. (est. 1989), a globally operating restaurant management and hospitality consulting firm. Staib is currently the driving force behind one of the nation’s most unique dining establishments: Philadelphia’s City Tavern Restaurant, a faithful recreation of an original 18th century tavern and Concepts By Staib, Ltd.’s flagship operation. He is also the Emmy Award winning host of A Taste of History on PBS and is a third generation restaurateur with over four decades of culinary experience.
