Harrisburg Volt Day attendees take a closer look under the hood

With comments like, “It was futuristic,” “Smooth ride!” and “It’s a very innovative piece of technology,” Harrisburg area residents were eager to share their thoughts about driving the new electric, extended-range Chevy Volt at our ride and drive on October 19.

Attendees give the Chevy Volt the thumbs up

For the first time in Harrisburg, we offered the public the opportunity to experience Chevy’s advanced, electric car technology, and nearly 100 attendees were thrilled to be among the first to take the vehicle for a spin around the Pennsylvania State Capitol Building. State legislators also stopped by throughout the morning to experience the Volt firsthand.

The Volt is now available in dealerships across Pennsylvania, like Sutliff Chevrolet who shared one of their Volts for the day. Harrisburg, ready to go electric?
