Finding weekend events has never been easier than with Eventbrite

Weekend planning is always the bane of my existence.  Being forced to coral my friends and search endless websites to find the perfect event usually takes a few hours.  Eventbrite has answered the question “What can I do this weekend?”  It even goes a step further and answers the question “What can I do for FREE this weekend?”  By navigating to Eventbrite’s the “find events tab” users can search for weekend events and filter by “free,” by region, and time period.  Here are three great free events in New York this weekend:

-Top of the World Runway Show & Photography Exhibition- Show your friends how cultured you’ve become since you moved to Manhattan by taking them to a posh fashion/art show on the roof of the Empire Hotel.  Remember to mention code word “Herbert Fox” at the door for free admission.  The event takes place Friday June 22, 2012 beginning at 9 p.m.

-Cathedral Community Cares 7^th Annual Health Fair-  Feeling like getting in shape for the beach with a rousing afternoon of health experts?  Check out the Cathedral Cares health fair!  Here you’ll have the ability to speak with 20 organizations that will answer all of your health questions from disease prevention to nutrition.  The event takes place Saturday June 23, 2012 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

-Expressions On The Wall- Take a trip to Stone Creek this Saturday for a fantasy and surrealist art exhibition.  Free to all, you will be able exposed to a plethora of various art mediums.  The event takes place Saturday June 23, 2012 beginning at 6:30PM.
