Floral Delivery Has Never Been So Sleek and Efficient!

Maris Angola is President of Karin’s Florist in Vienna, Va.  Maris and her staff spend a significant amount of time driving throughout Northern Virginia, Maryland and D.C., and were quite excited to participate in our vehicle loan program for a week.

Thanks, GM Northeast, for allowing me to test drive the Cadillac Escalade Hybrid for an entire week!  My initial reaction was “wow, this is a BIG vehicle,” but once I got behind the wheel, I fell in love with it!  The storage space is amazing – we fit 25 bags of mulch, a small tree and several plants on one trip.  We were able to transport up to 8 of our friends (not with the mulch!) and it had some incredible features.  I think my favorite was the feature on the mirrors that tells you when you are too close to someone – perfect feature for parallel parking!   It rode beautifully and for an SUV, it was incredibly gas efficient.  I also really enjoyed watching the console that showed when the car went from battery powered to gas powered – I was really surprised that I couldn’t feel it change from gas to battery.

For anyone who is in the market for an SUV, visit the wonderful people at GM Northeast and test drive the Cadillac Escalade.  As a separate note, we already own a Buick Enclave and we absolutely love it – GM has really found that unique balance for a great looking, chic design that appeals to a younger demographic!
