There’s still time left to nominate a Pennsylvania military service member for a Chevrolet Military Salute – the last day to submit nominations is Friday, September 23. If you know a Pennsylvania military serviceman or woman who inspires you and you think deserves to be honored for their service to our country with a hometown celebration follow these simply steps to send us your nominations.

  • Download the nomination form here
  • Complete the nomination form and pick out a photo of the serviceman/woman you’re nominating
  • Send the nomination form, along with the photo, to Lauren Fitapelli at GMNortheast@gm.com

If you have any questions or want to mail in your photo or nomination, simply shoot Lauren, the GM Northeast Region Military lead, an email.

Five finalists will be selected from the entries received and profiled on the GM Northeast blog, www.drivingthenortheast.com. People will then be able to show support for their favorite finalist by casting their votes online. In October, the Chevrolet team will roll into the chosen serviceman or woman’s hometown for a celebration they’ll never forget.
